Morning Kickboxing

We offer great Kickboxing classes for our Adult members! There’s no better workout to keep you healthy and happy! No taekwondo experience required – just bring your enthusiasm! Our “Kickboxing Intensive” literally kicks it up a notch, replacing straight cardio with heavy bags. Prepare to relieve your stress in a series of intense punching, kicking, and combination drills.

Self-Defense

Our unique Martial Arts & Self-Defense class combines elements of Mixed Martial Arts using real-life scenario simulations to inspire defensive movement. This class will hone your self-defense practice to its highest level.
We strongly support women learning and practicing Self-Defense in an environment that makes them feel supported and safe. For those women who prefer to learn in the company of other women, we offer a specific Self-Defense class only for Women.

Boxing

There is a reason EVERYONE wants to try Boxing! It is a FUN and challenging workout for both the body & mind. When you focus on the flow and technique required to throw that jab cross, your whole body is challenged and engaged. Pretty soon, you’ve spent an hour honing your hooks on our heavy bags, toning muscle from head-to-toe, burning calories, without even realizing how fast time can fly when you’re punching away your worries! Wrap your hands and tighten your gloves as we close the shades and blast the music to help you take on our heavy bags.

Taekwondo

It is never too late to begin learning or continue your journey with Taekwondo. We welcome both beginners and seasoned practitioners to join our Studio family in pursuing this incredible and revered Martial Arts form. Beginners will be encouraged and nurtured in their study of form and discipline just as experienced students will be guided to heightening their abilities and perfecting their technique. We will also offer weapons training in nunchucks, bow staff, and swords for those that progress to the weapons level.
